My Wellness Philosophy: Love yourself. Make the best choice you have in every moment.
Everyday we are all presented with choices. At these moments, they might seem insignificant, but collected together through the hours, days and even years of our lives, these choices really do amount to something; they define who we are. I choose to create happiness and find solutions. This is why I have chosen the wellness industry. Healing and supporting people along their wellness journey means that I wake up every morning with purpose and end each night with fulfillment.
I appreciate the meaningful moments I share with my clients.
Our lives are a mixture of different roles. Most of us are doing the best we can to find whatever the right balance is . . . For me, that balance is family, work, and fun. Self care is, fundamentally, about bringing back to a life that has grown imbalanced. I started over 20 years ago being a care-giver as a parent, then role of Youth Worker at the Surrey school district, now onto assisting our clients on their journey to their optimal self.
