Everyday we are all presented with choices. At these moments, they might seem insignificant, but collected together through the hours, days and even years of our lives, these choices define who we are.

I choose to create happiness and find solutions. This is why I have chosen the wellness industry. Healing and supporting people along their wellness journey means that I wake up every morning with purpose and end each night with fulfillment.

Our lives are a mixture of different roles. Most of us are doing the best we can to find whatever the right balance is . . . For me, that balance is family, work, and fun.  Self care is, fundamentally about restoring balance to life.

I started over 20 years ago as a caregiver; first as a parent, then in my role of Youth Worker at the Surrey school district. Now I am blessed to assist our clients on their journey towards their optimal self.
